Depression is when our heart, mind and soul has found its prefect destination. A place of meaningful happiness, proven—ever lasting fulfillment and where doubt and confusion is controlled by our intellect. If not, faith immediately steps in and makes everything alright. Depression not only gives us such a wonderful place to go but gives us a clear simple map on how to get there. The only problem is it so hard to start our short little journey because we cannot afford to buy five hundred pounds of rubber bands or find the best under wear and socks to match the wig we must wear. Depression never lets us see what all we have to make our journey possible but tells us we cannot even take the first step to happiness unless we find and always wear clothes with hundreds of pockets. Pockets always fill with ice cream which can never melt no matter how hot it is.
