Lizzy had so much but never felt she had enough. Even on the best of her best days she could not smile because things and life were at not entirely at the level she needed them to be. The sun always was too bright except when it was not bright enough. To her love was okay if you did not like it too much. She appreciated happiness but often found it was too sad. Sorrow was a nice trip as long as it did not make her happy.
To her kindness ,generosity, compassion and even laughter are good as long as she can keep them from annoying her in any way. On many levels she never filled her glass. She told me why bother because the glass will always be half empty never half full.
To understand Lizzy best is to remember she once was promised a billion dollars. On the day she was to receive her fortune she was so excited she hand washed her underwear and put on her second best pair of shoes. It might be hard to believe but she really had someone hand deliver a dress she bought from a homeless lady to wear on this special occasion.
The money did come. Lizzy’s dance was in her tears of joy. Her excitement and exuberance giggled in her eyes as they counted out $ 999,999,999,99 .Within an instant Lizzy’s rage was a volcano erupting hell itself. Thank god she passed out because if she did not peace and order may never be found again. When she did wake up she shouted——- where is my penny!
